RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Jeff Wan will accept U.S returns for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned leathergoods must also include the original box and dust bag. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Request a return for US orders

If you would like to request a return, please email contact@jeffwan.com with your order number in the subject line. Once your request is received, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be emailed to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed. Jeff Wan reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If a return does not meet the requirements above, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

Request a return for international orders (Outside US)

If you would like to request a return for an order shipped outside the US, please email contact@jeffwan.com with your order number in the subject line. Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied for any international order return. When you have completed the form, you will be emailed a prepaid return label for you to affix to your parcel to send back.All items must be returned in original condition, not used, and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.Jeff Wan reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Please be aware that international customs duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.Customs, or any additional charges for returning the product, will not be covered by Jeff Wan. Any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Jeff Wan and will be subtracted from any refund amount.If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Jeff Wan will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Jeff Wan. Please note that if a customer refuses to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us and the shipping fee will be subtracted from the refund amount.Normally, shipping a return takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country’s customs clearance process, the Jeff Wan product could be held by customs for up to a maximum of 10 weeks. Jeff Wan is only able to offer a refund when the bag is safely returned to our logistics depot.‍

REFUNDS

If your order was placed within the US, all taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Jeff Wan. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks or any additional shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment, and these will be deducted in the event you return one of our products.‍
